By accessing or using Salon Slot (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all users including consumers (customers), vendors (salon owners), and visitors of the platform.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be barred from using our services under any applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all accounts.

4.1 Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment
• You will receive a confirmation via email and SMS
• The salon may contact you to confirm the appointment

4.2 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka)
• Prices may vary based on salon, service, and availability
• Payment must be made through our approved payment gateways
• We use AmarPay for secure payment processing

4.3 Booking Modification

• Bookings may be rescheduled subject to salon availability
• Rescheduling must be done at least 2 hours before the appointment
• Frequent cancellations may result in account restrictions

As a customer using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information during registration and booking
• Arrive on time for your appointments (at least 10 minutes early)
• Behave respectfully towards salon staff and other customers
• Pay for the services you book
• Not make false or fraudulent bookings
• Not use our platform for any illegal purposes
• Provide honest feedback in reviews
• Not misuse promotional offers or discount codes

As a vendor on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your salon, services, and pricing
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Employ qualified and trained staff
• Use high-quality, genuine products
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Comply with all local laws and regulations
• Pay the agreed commission on bookings
• Not manipulate reviews or ratings

You must NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse our platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in any form of fraud or money laundering
• Share your account with others
• Resell or sublicense our services

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, is owned by Salon Slot or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., reviews, photos), but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform.

Salon Slot is a platform that connects customers with salons and beauty service providers. We do not provide the beauty services directly.

We are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by salons
• Any injury, damage, or loss caused by salon staff or services
• Disputes between customers and salons
• Interruption of service due to technical issues
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Actions of third parties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Receive multiple complaints from other users
• Fail to pay amounts owed
• Attempt to harm our platform or other users

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

11.1 Customer-Salon Disputes

Any dispute between a customer and a salon should first be resolved directly between the parties. If unresolved, you may contact our support team for mediation.

11.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@salonslot.com.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• We will notify you via email or platform notification
• Continued use of our services means acceptance of the new terms

If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using our services and may delete your account.
